The L.I.S® Luvalo Ink Stamp, is a unique process for intergrating printed security features. This process is identical to the hot stamping of holograms.
Developed to be used on supports such as : PC, PVC, PET, the point is to integrate security inks (OVI®, OVM™, invisible fluorescent …) by the “hot stamping” method as one would for holograms.
The L.I.S® will be particularly suitable for users who are already equipped for hologram application on formats or cards.
The printed security elements will be delivered on reels suitable for hologram application machines (MB SSH2008, KURZ MM3000, etc.) in order do apply them in a single hot stamping operation.
Printed substrats : PET carrier, the security ink will be transfered onto the customer specific substrat. (PET, PC, PVC…).
Security features : level 1, 2 and 3. All type of printing.
Format : tailor made rolls, hot stamping machine suitable.
Level 1: visible printing (including iridescent, pearlescent, shifting color), OVD, OVI®, OVM™…
Level 2 : OVM™, Invisible fluorescent printing, full color UV image.
Level 3 : infra red printing, OVM™.
